How quickly can you send a babysitter?
In Bratislava often the same or the next day. The sooner you write to us, the more likely we can help.
Do you work outside Bratislava?
Yes. We work primarily in Bratislava and the surrounding area; in regional cities (Trnava, Nitra, Trenčín, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov, Košice) on request, subject to availability – ideally at least 48 h in advance.
How do you vet babysitters?
Every babysitter goes through a personal interview, a criminal record check, a psychological screening and reference checks.
What if the babysitter gets sick?
With regular care you always have a backup babysitter. For one-off bookings we offer a replacement right away.
Do you look after newborns?
Yes, we have babysitters experienced with babies and newborns. Newborn care is +€5/h.
Can I meet the babysitter first?
Of course. Regular care starts with an introductory meeting at your home, so the babysitter can meet you and the children.
How do payment and cancellation work?
You pay after the sitting – by bank transfer. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before, later we charge 50 % of the price.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, we can invoice a company – e.g. hotels, events or as an employee benefit. Just add your billing details in the message.
